Contour Spa and Cafe – A STORY

[Total: 0   Average: 0/5]

As a kid I’ve always been fascinated with food. I grow up watching Andrew Zimmern- a food writer and a chef. I alway look up to him wishing one day I could be somewhat like him.

As a teen, I never pay attention at school. Always late at classes- not to mention cutting most of my major subjects. I left my home town at the age of 19.

Shortly after, I got a job in Cebu as a receptionist at an Australian-based BPO called Pa Everyday Inc. Then I got promoted as HR Assistant. I learned a lot from the company. Fast track 2014, I started working as a Bookkeeper at Blue Ocean BPO now My Virtual Workforce.

Early 2016, I quite my job and I’ve decided to be a nomad as it is always been a dream of mine. During my travel I try out cooking in every country I’ve been. I took up classes in Thailand, Vietnam and Australia. Having travelled makes me realised what I wanted to do in life. Being my own boss and to impart what I’ve learned in my journey as a Nomad.

Now, I'm trying to develop a Spa and a Cafe in my home-town
SPA, because I'm a massage junkie. I love a long massage during a long hard week.
Cafe, because I'm a big foodie.

CONTOUR is an inspiration of my travel.  All furnishing are DIY and the wood I used were reclaimed and planted by my Dad, 20 years ago. I’m proud to say the it’s the first premier Spa and Cafe in Bayawan City. I’m hoping that my new venture will take on more people to support local brand.

Mission:

Our mission is to bring international standards of decor, food and service to Bayawan City to ultimately help Bayawons and members of neighbouring areas to experience what other countries food and service is like.

Opening May 2017. Support local brand.

More updates coming..
